This name might be familiar with you as she used to run a popular media buying Facebook advertising and advertising agency. Now, she did a 180 for the alchemist, the magical side of life and she tells us all about this transition on SIG!

To begin with, what is the flow?
Cat Howell described it perfectly as :
“Flow is a beautiful state. It’s what I call a high alchemy state because it’s almost a state of gnosis where you’re entering almost an altered consciousness when you are engaged in that activity.
It is almost impossible to practice thoughts of scarcity fear anxiety while you are in states of flow play or love those are the high alchemy states.”

Before calibrating to flow, Cat went through it all from the highs of success running a multiple eight figure company to the lows of depression. She credits her newfound wellbeing and ability to find resilience in the face of adversity to the techniques of alchemy.The healing process led her to see more clearly, gain confidence and align back with her flow.

I was born in Paris and have been based in Montreal since 2008. As a digital specialist passionate about new technologies and e-commerce, I founded GJ Consulting, my Digital Marketing Consulting Agency. I am also a serial entrepreneur, I founded Watergeeks, a cleantech startup, which combines circular economy, environment knowledge and Artificial Intelligence in the water treatment sector.
I did a few things that I’m pretty proud of! My amazing team of women and I won the 2018 Coopérathon Canada!! We took home the Coopérathon Grand Prize , the Hydro Quebec Prize and the Suzuki Foundation Prize. And I didn’t stop there, I broadened my entrepreneurial horizons in renowned incubators such as Centech (ETS), the École des entrepreneurs du Québec (EEQ) and NextAi (École de Dirigeants – HEC Montréal).
I obtained a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from Y-Schools (Ex-Groupe Esc Troyes, France) and I took courses at McGill University (Montreal) in Digital Marketing.
Giving back is important! So I get involved! As a business volunteer, with the Association des Femmes d’Atta, and as a mentor with AquaHacking, with Acclr (an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitain Montreal) and with Futurpreneur.
