About your host

I am @geraldinejippe, a Slowpreneur, GJ Agency x @Slowisgoodpodcast Founder, Conscious Business Coach, Harpist & Capoeirisa.

I was born in Paris and have been based in Montreal since 2008. As a digital specialist passionate about new technologies and e-commerce, I founded GJ Consulting, my Digital Marketing Consulting Agency. I am also a serial entrepreneur, I founded Watergeeks, a cleantech startup, which combines circular economy, environment knowledge and Artificial Intelligence in the water treatment sector.

I did a few things that I’m pretty proud of! My amazing team of women and I won the 2018 Coopérathon Canada!! We took home the Coopérathon Grand Prize , the Hydro Quebec Prize and the Suzuki Foundation Prize. And I didn’t stop there, I broadened my entrepreneurial horizons in renowned incubators such as Centech (ETS), the École des entrepreneurs du Québec (EEQ) and NextAi (École de Dirigeants – HEC Montréal).

I obtained a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from Y-Schools (Ex-Groupe Esc Troyes, France) and I took courses at McGill University (Montreal) in Digital Marketing.

Giving back is important! So I get involved! As a business volunteer, with the Association des Femmes d’Atta, and as a mentor with AquaHacking, with Acclr (an initiative of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitain Montreal) and with Futurpreneur
