For episode 23 of the second season, I am beyond excited to reveal my guest of honour, Vicki Saunders, Founder of SheEO, who works hard to make the world a better place especially for women and non-binary folks, but really for everybody involved.
SheEO is a radically generous community supporting women + non-binary people working on the World’s To-Do List.
Launched in 2015 in Canada and now also in the US, Australia, New Zealand and UK, this visionary model is emerging as a leading global innovation that is totally unique. Rather than trying to fit women into the existing models and systems and level the playing field, they are creating an entirely new field.
SheEO pushes the reset button on how to support women on their own terms. They focus on bringing out the best of women by being radically generous to one another.
The model brings together women from all different backgrounds + ages, called Activators who contribute to a Perpetual Fund that is loaned out at zero percent interest to women-led Ventures who are working on the World’s To-Do List, who are selected by the Activators.
All Ventures are revenue generating with export potential + are creating a better world through their business model. The loans are paid back over five years and then loaned out again, creating a Perpetual Fund which they will pass on to daughters, nieces and granddaughters.
The SheEO network is radically generous, there are thousands of women who share their expertise, networks + connections.
Women working on the World’s To-Do List are creating the socially + environmentally sustainable models of the future.
Our ecosystem-based model dramatically improves outcomes for women entrepreneurs. With the SheEO model women show up as customers, advisors, network connections and funders of revenue-generating women-led businesses that are working on the World’s To-Do List.
